7-day Summer Cleanse Program
We are so excited to announce that we’ve teamed up with Donna at Bodhi and Co to create a new 7-day cleanse program with a delicious new Summer menu! The 7-day cleanse includes 3 juices per day (filled with raw, cold pressed superfoods) and a diet plan for the week filled with healthy, totally delicious recipes that will nourish your body and help you to get the most out of your cleanse. Donna is certified in optional nutrition, sports nutrition, and meal and menu planning, she has a Bachelor of Human Movement and a Bachelor of Exercise Physiology, so you know that your diet plan is filled with nutritious meals that leave you feeling satisfied, assist with weight loss and importantly, aren’t boring, bland and therefore make it easy to fall off the bandwagon. The diet plan consists of easy recipes that not only taste amazing, but they keep you on track with your goals – plus, you’ll be eating food that is in season and perfect for warmer weather.
